Do I need experience?

No — beginners are welcome.

Do I need to attend all dates?

Participants are expected to attend all sessions within their cohort. If someone signs up for the January cohort, they are expected to attend all sessions in that cohort.

What do I bring?

Comfortable clothing and an open mind. Yoga mats and cushions are available at the center.
