Third-eye Chakra Activation is a transformative experience. Participants are presented with specialized yogic techniques, including equalizing and yogic breathing, sound therapy, visualization, and gradually guided into Ajna Activation, to unlock the hidden potential at the Third-eye/Ajna chakra located between the eyebrows with the help of vital life force energy.

Root Chakra Activation aims to tap into the dormant life force energy, also known as Kundalini, residing at the base of the spine to release any stagnation or blockages that may hinder the flow of life force energy throughout the entire body.

The activation process involves utilizing various techniques such as breathwork, yoga poses, visualizations, and meditation.

The primary objective of Root Chakra Activation is to bring balance, stability, and a sense of groundedness to our being.

Arthisre Siddheswaran

Arthisre began her yoga journey when she first met Gurumahan at the age of 19. The discovery of yoga has been a life-changing gift. She completed a degree in engineering alongside Clinical Yoga & Nature Cure, Prenatal and Childcare Development, and a Master’s in Yoga.

Arthisre started teaching when she realized the positive effects her practice had on her body, mind, and soul. In 2011, she was recognized as a Wisdom Teacher by Gurumahan, and since then, she has initiated hundreds of people into the Kundalini path. Her passion for yoga and her service to the community continue.

Parthiban Radhakrishnan

Parthiban was first introduced to Kundalini Meditation during his college days. His passion for yoga and his search for higher yogic knowledge led him to connect with his Guru in 2009.

He attended numerous workshops with Gurumahan and senior wisdom teachers from the Universal Peace Foundation to deepen his understanding of yogic philosophy and practice. He graduated as a Kundalini Yoga Wisdom teacher and has been serving the community by teaching ever since.

This is a comprehensive meditation workshop designed for beginners and/or long time meditators who aspire to learn niche Indian ancient siddha yoga techniques to cleanse, purify and activate the chakras for higher experience.

• Suffering from disorders/ diseases and looking for natural ways to heal the body.

Yes the workshops are in-person and attendance for both days are required. 

All participants must attend all sessions. The workshop is a progressive and sequential, if you miss a session you will not be able to continue without completing that session. We recommend you detach yourself from work/ life priorities and dedicate the required time to participate in the entire workshop.

Inner Awakening program is classified into 2 days.
Day one – Root and Third-Eye chakra activation
Day two – Crown chakra activation and chakra cleansing to unlock the dormant potential energy to awaken and connect with one’s true self

  • Breathing & cleansing techniques to remove the blockages and purify the energy channels known as nadis.
  • A simple chakra meditation practice that provides clarity, insight, and a deeper understanding of life’s purpose, fostering personal and spiritual growth.

Reduces physical stress, Boost Vitality, and Balances metabolism (Vatha, Pita, Kapha)

Manages stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts; Promotes a Calmer and focused state of mind & Balances emotions.

The workshops are led by GuruMahan, a spiritual exponent, founder of Universal Peace Foundation of India when available or by our experienced Wisdom Teachers/ Meditation coaches from UPFCal.

You will have to plan about 11-12 hours (6 hours per day)  in-person to complete the workshop. 

This workshop spans across 2 days in total.
Attendance for both days is required to gain the full benefit. Please make sure you are able to attend both days when registering. 

During the session conducted by Gurumahan, the primary language used for instruction is English. For complex concepts, trained volunteers provide translations as needed. However, during practices, the language transcends, and the essence of teachings goes beyond words.

If you have any health concerns, please inform the instructor during the enrollment process. They will provide guidance and support as needed.

Please wear loose-fitting full pants and a half/full shirt in white (preferable) or light-colored. No shorts or sleeveless attire are permitted.

Please bring your own yoga mat, cushion and water bottles.

• During the workshop period, it is recommended to have a vegetarian diet but not mandatory. However, during the session, it is advised to have a light stomach. You can consume water, milk, coffee, or any liquid food before the workshop.
• Attendance is expected for all sessions.
• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to settle in and attune yourself to the divine energy of the hall.
• Sit in an orderly manner in the class, with women on the left side and men on the right side.
• Keep your cell phone ringer off/turned off during the sessions.
• Questions will be addressed at the end of each class.

We offer a free online community yoga class every Sunday morning 9-10 AM that all workshop participants will receive invitations to join.  This is a great forum to deepen your practice along with other practitioners in the local neighborhood. 

Additionally, we offer 15 minutes 1:1 call if you have any questions after you complete both days of the workshop.

We organize residential Meditation Retreats with Gurumahan every year. The retreat is specially tailored for individuals to deepen their practice who have completed Inner Awakening program.

We welcome generous donations from participants. At the same time, there is no compulsion to make a donation if your life situation doesn’t support it.

For your own benefit, we recommend that ladies who are on their menstrual cycle refrain from receiving a Chakra Activation during this time. The energy work involved can be more intense during your cycle, and it is advised to choose a date that aligns better with your personal well-being. We encourage you to select a workshop date that works best for you and your cycle.
