Yoga Path to Realign Body, Mind, and Soul

We offer a range of classes and workshops designed to provide you the tools and teach you the techniques to establish and grow your meditation practice, at your own pace. Our meditation program steps through multiple levels, starting with Level 1 which is a one-minute global peace meditation. The next level is Vitality Yoga, a 3-min practice that deepens the connection between mind and body. Once these connections are established, the next level, Chakra Alignment, is a transformative workshop that will help release blocks in your body, elevating your meditation practice and leading to greater levels of inner peace and well-being.

GuruMahan
Gurumahan, also known as Jagathguru Maha Maharishi Paranjothiar, is a Spiritual Exponent who has achieved self-realization and enlightenment. He was born in Tamil Nadu, India on February 11, 1955, and began his journey as a mystic at the age of seven after an unusual out-of-body experience. During his younger years, he dedicated himself to studying yoga, exploring holy sites, and delving into sacred texts in his quest for truth.
