The benefits of yoga are numerous and can range from physical, emotional, intellectual and in the spiritual planes.
UPF Cal Perspective
Starting with just one minute of meditation can be a great way to establish a daily practice that can have a profound impact on your mental and emotional well-being. As you become consistent and comfortable with this timeframe, gradually increase the length of your meditation session to deepen your practice. Over time you’ll notice improvements in your ability to regulate your emotions, be more present in the moment, and create a greater sense of inner peace.

We offer a range of classes and programs designed to provide you the tools and teach you the techniques to establish and grow your meditation practice, at your own pace. Our meditation program steps through multiple levels, starting with Level 1 which is a one-minute global peace meditation. The next level is Vitality Yoga, a 3-min practice that deepens the connection between mind and body. Once these connections are established, the next level, Chakra Alignment, is a transformative workshop that will help release blocks in your body, elevating your meditation practice and leading to greater levels of inner peace and well-being.

GuruMahan
Gurumahan, also known as Jagathguru Maha Maharishi Paranjothiar, is a Spiritual Exponent who has achieved self-realization and enlightenment. He was born in Tamil Nadu, India on February 11, 1955, and began his journey as a mystic at the age of seven after an unusual out-of-body experience. During his younger years, he dedicated himself to studying yoga, exploring holy sites, and delving into sacred texts in his quest for truth.
