Our meditation program steps through multiple levels, starting with Level 1 which is a one-minute global peace meditation. The next level is Vitality Yoga, a 3-min practice that deepens the connection between mind and body. Once these connections are established, the next level, Chakra Alignment, is a transformative workshop that will help release blocks in your body, elevating your meditation practice and leading to greater levels of inner peace and well-being.

Gurumahan Paranjothiyar

Gurumahan, also known as Jagathguru Maha Maharishi Paranjothiar, is a Spiritual Exponent who has achieved self-realization and enlightenment. He was born in Tamil Nadu, India on February 11, 1955, and began his journey as a mystic at the age of seven after an unusual out-of-body experience. During his younger years, he dedicated himself to studying yoga, exploring holy sites, and delving into sacred texts in his quest for truth.
