Instructor
Prabha is a working professional and continuing student who brings together her love of learning, yoga, Sanskrit, and the tradition of slokas and mantras. Her journey with chanting comes from curiosity about the deeper meaning behind the words. She believes learning slokas builds focus, mindfulness, pronunciation, and an appreciation for our cultural heritage, not just memorized verses.
