Wisdom teacher 

Arthisre began her yoga journey when she first met Gurumahan at the age of 19. The discovery of yoga has been a life-changing gift. She completed a degree in engineering alongside Clinical Yoga & Nature Cure, Prenatal and Childcare Development, and a Master’s in Yoga.

Arthisre started teaching when she realized the positive effects her practice had on her body, mind, and soul. In 2011, she was recognized as a Wisdom Teacher by Gurumahan, and since then, she has initiated hundreds of people into the Raja Yoga path. Her passion for yoga and her service to the community continue.

The Vitality Yoga workshop is designed by GuruMahan, incorporating techniques used by ancient yogis to achieve optimal health and wellness. The 3-minute practice offers a great alternative to pills for achieving a healthy body, mind, and thoughts. Vitality Yoga is also referred to as Jeeva Raksha in Asia. 

During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn about prana and its classification, as well as the composition of the human body and the art of balancing the tri-doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). The three doshas are based on the five basic elements and express unique blends of physical, emotional, and mental characteristics. By balancing the tri-doshas, you can eliminate unwanted impurities and toxins accumulated in our modern lifestyle and as a consequence of environmental changes.

Vitality Yoga promotes a stress-free and healthy lifestyle with just a 10-minute daily investment. The practice doesn’t require any props and can be performed anywhere, including at your work desk, home, or when among a group of people, as it is a subtle internal yogic technique.

You have the flexibility to choose between in-person and online formats when you register, allowing you to select the option that best fits your needs.

Practicing Vitality Yoga can boost your bioenergy, detoxify the body, alleviate stress, enhance immunity, regulate metabolism, combat insomnia, and sharpen focus, contributing to a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Adults aged 18 and above are invited to join us and experience the transformative power of Vitality Yoga.

Sessions are conducted by experienced wisdom teachers and meditation coaches from UPF Cal, ensuring a rich and authentic learning experience.

The session starts with an insightful introduction, followed by learning the 3-min energy boosting core technique and a take home daily routine.

English is used for instruction, making it accessible to a wide audience

Opt for loose-fitted, full-length pants and a half/full-sleeve shirt in white or any light color. Shorts and sleeveless attire are not recommended.

Please bring your own yoga mat or cushion and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
