Awakening your inner Goddess is all about being in tune with your divine feminine energy. Each individual in this world has two divine energies. Feminine that allows us to dream and envision our wild side. Masculine that gives us the ability to get up and get things done, our rational side. Today, we’ll discuss the Divine Feminine Energy and how it can help awaken the Inner Goddess.

If this is your start on the journey of awakening, you must remember it’s all about being what you really are. For that, you need to forget what you’ve learned about yourself and start again. That’s why it’s called a journey. Now, would you say that the destination is what matters most in a journey? If yes, then that’s the exact reason I told you to forget what you’ve learned. Because that’s what you believe the reality is. And the reality is so much different than what you believe. In reality, it is the journey that matters the most. Because if you don’t enjoy the journey, the joy of reaching the destination is spoiled. Besides, awakening your inner Goddess is all about the journey. You can not just reach the destination to awaken it without indulging in the journey itself.

I like to refer to our Inner Goddess as our “Warrior Spirit,” and you’ll know why if you stick around.

Tips For Awakening Your Inner Goddess

Since it’s the start of your awakening journey, I figured sharing some tips might help you. However, it’s important to remember that everyone’s journey is different, and these tips won’t help everyone. It is ultimately up to you to figure out what works for you along the way. With that being said, let’s take a look at the tips.

1- Forget the past

As I said earlier, you need to forget what you have learned. And forgetting the past is a crucial step for that. Now, it does not mean that you should lose your memory and forget everything. What it means is that you should let go of everything holding you down. People, situations, relationships, and everything that no longer serves you.

Stop pleasing others and set boundaries. Stay away from anything or anyone negative.

2- Meditate

Meditation is a powerful technique to focus. It can help you keep your mind still and put aside all the negative energy. You might have some questions that only your Inner Goddess can answer. It is like going into the Avatar state, transcending the worldly limits. Meditation is the best way to achieve such a state.

Other benefits of meditation include inner peace and a sense of relief. Both are equally important as we live in a fast moving world.

3- Live In The Moment

Start living in the present. As Master Oogway says

“Yesterday is a history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present.”

Like all presents, you should also cherish “today.” Once you realize the importance of today, then you’ll change the way you look at things. And when that happens, the things you look at will change.

4- Listen to What Your Body Needs

It is another thing that can be achieved through meditation. When your mind is clear and you are focused, you can listen to your inner self, your Inner Goddess. That’s when you’ll have a revelation, just like that, out of the blue. It’ll be your body telling you what it needs. It can be a long overdue break or maybe some time alone in the mountains or at the beach.

5- Show Self Love

Self love is the most difficult obstacle in the journey for many. But it is not impossible. Another Oogway quote comes to mind for this situation.

“Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.”

That something inside you is the Inner Goddess. How can you show self love, you ask? Let me explain it like this: remember a time when a loved one directed words of affirmation toward you. Words as simple as a “Thank You.” Remember how jubilant you felt? You can show self love in the same way. You are a loved one for the Inner Goddess, and using words of affirmation can help awaken her.

6- Be In The Flow

Being in the flow is about letting go of control. When we want to keep things under control, we tend to worry about them. It’s time to let go and be free. When you do, you’ll start seeing change—not just any change, but positive change.

The Warrior Within

Now that I’ve given you some tips on awakening your Inner Goddess, it’s time for some self reflection. This is also the section where I tell you why I refer to the Inner Goddess as our “Warrior Spirit.”

Before doing that, let me ask you a simple question: how often do you doubt yourself? I know it can be a hard question to answer. So, just keep the answer to yourself. I asked that question to make a point. And the point I wanted to make was that self-doubt is a slow poison for the Inner Goddess. With self-doubt comes negative thoughts, and that leads to you thinking less of yourself. Let me give you a quote; this quote is also the reason I refer to the Inner Goddess as our “Warrior Soul.”

“Do not speak less of yourself, as the warrior within listens, and is lessened by it.”

Final Words

Awakening your Inner Goddess is about being free and letting go of control. Once you do that, you can reach that Avatar state. To do that, you can use often undermined yet powerful techniques like meditation. There are some other tips, like forgetting the past and showing self love that can help awaken the Inner Goddess. By forgetting the past, I mean letting go of everything that is holding you down. We have to be in tune with our divine feminine energy to awaken the warrior within. And you can be in tune by using words of affirmation to show self love.
